Adults: 2 capsules 2 times orally per day • Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products • Take 30 minutes after a meal • Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. When using this product consult a health care practitioner if • symptoms persist or worsen, are severe or are accompanied by high fever and shortness of breath. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if • you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite • symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists. • Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort • In rare cases, some people may experience mild nosebleeds or may experience bleeding gums • Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use • Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury have been reported • Diuretic effect may occur • Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
